Booking and Reservations
All bookings must be made in advance through our online platform or by phone.
A deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required to secure your reservation.
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon confirmation of the deposit and written confirmation from Rorispicnic.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including the event location, date, and any specific requests for decoration.
The client must ensure that the venue is accessible to our team on the event day and that all required permits or approvals are obtained.
Liability
Rorispicnic is not responsible for any damages to property or injury caused by the client, their guests, or third parties.
Rorispicnic is not liable for any circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather conditions, that may impact the event
Force Majeure
In case of events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions, Rorispicnic will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements for the event.
